Tom swung by to drop off some lunch for me at work today, and he bought food from Bopomofo Cafe. Bopomofo Cafe recently launched their spring menu, therefore Tom bought their Tomato Egg Salad Roll and Lychee Berry Bliss drinks. (Tom mentioned the Taiwanese sausage corn dogs were sold out when he tried ordering online, so we will have to get that next time.)

The egg salad on the roll had a good amount of mayo, but I did not taste much of the honey mustard as advertised. The tomato relish on top was okay. The brioche roll was perfectly toasted and soft. It was an interesting take on the tomato and egg dish as an egg salad sandwich. I am not sure if I would get it again since it did not seem anything too remarkable. Maybe if I am craving for an egg salad sandwich?

As for the Lychee Berry Bliss, the drink was very refreshing and quite sweet, even though I asked for 50% sweetness. I wanted something light, so that is why I went for this drink. It is something I would get again, especially since there is lychee. It tastes very appropriate as a summer drink actually.
